Forged: Youth Leadership Boot Camp
FORGED
A 2-Day Leadership, Resilience & Influence Boot Camp
Two days. 16 hours. Real challenges. Real leadership.
FORGED is an immersive leadership experience for students ages 10–18 designed to move leadership out of the textbook and into the real world. Over two intensive days, students will be challenged mentally, physically, and socially as they learn to lead themselves, work effectively with others, communicate with confidence, make decisions under pressure, overcome setbacks, and discover what they are capable of when circumstances get difficult.
This isn’t a seminar where students spend 16 hours sitting in chairs listening to speakers. FORGED combines powerful instruction with hands-on team missions, physical and mental challenges, communication exercises, real-world leadership scenarios, problem-solving under pressure, and opportunities for students to step forward and lead.
Students will develop skills in mental toughness, discipline, resilience, teamwork, communication, decision-making, confidence, influence, personal responsibility, purpose, and principled leadership.
The experience is built around three essential dimensions of leadership:
LEAD. PERFORM. INFLUENCE.
Students will be taught and challenged by three accomplished leaders who bring dramatically different experiences to the same mission: developing stronger young people who are prepared to lead.
SHANE KRAUSER — LEAD.
Bestselling Author | National Speaker | Trial Attorney | Leadership Educator
Shane Krauser has spent his career communicating, persuading, teaching, and leading in environments where decisions matter. A bestselling author, national speaker, veteran trial attorney, and leadership educator, Shane brings decades of experience in advocacy, public speaking, critical thinking, and leadership development. At FORGED, he will challenge students to think clearly, communicate courageously, defend their ideas, make sound decisions, take responsibility, and develop the confidence to lead when others are looking to them for direction.
Focus: Leadership • Courage • Communication • Decision-Making
JEFF UTSCH — PERFORM.
Navy SEAL Trainer | Olympic Trials Swimmer | Collegiate Coach | Former Collegiate Athlete
Jeff Utsch brings a lifetime of high-performance experience to FORGED. A former collegiate athlete and Olympic Trials swimmer, Jeff has trained Navy SEAL personnel and today serves as a collegiate swimming coach. His experience in elite athletics and demanding performance environments gives students a unique opportunity to learn what discipline, preparation, teamwork, resilience, accountability, and mental toughness actually look like when the pressure is real. Jeff will challenge students to become comfortable being uncomfortable, and discover that their perceived limits are often only the beginning.
Focus: Discipline • Resilience • Teamwork • Performance Under Pressure
OSCAR FAKAHUA — INFLUENCE.
National Recording Artist | 2M+ Social Media Followers | Speaker | Former Collegiate Football & Wrestling Athlete | Entrepreneur
Oscar Fakahua understands what it takes to compete, connect, perform, and influence. A former collegiate football and wrestling athlete, national recording artist, entrepreneur, speaker, and social media creator with more than two million followers, Oscar has built an audience by learning how to communicate authentically and connect with people. At FORGED, Oscar will help students develop confidence, strengthen their mindset, communicate authentically, overcome self-doubt, discover their individual strengths, and understand how genuine influence is built.
Focus: Mindset • Authenticity • Influence • Confidence
They Won’t Just Learn About Leadership. They’ll Practice It.
Throughout FORGED, students will be placed in situations that require them to communicate, collaborate, solve problems, respond to adversity, make decisions, and lead. Sometimes the plan will work. Sometimes it won’t. That’s the point.
Leadership isn’t developed by avoiding pressure. It’s developed by learning how to respond to it.

Leadership 201: Advanced Leadership - From Influence to Impact
This hands-on leadership course designed for students ages 10–18 who are ready to move beyond learning about leadership and begin practicing it. Students will explore how effective leaders model their values, inspire a shared vision, challenge the status quo, build trust, strengthen others, navigate conflict, and create a healthy culture.
Each week combines discussion with practical in-class leadership simulations, team challenges, ethical dilemmas, communication exercises, and real-world assignments outside the classroom.
Students will also develop and lead a semester-long capstone project that requires them to recruit others, delegate responsibility, solve problems, overcome setbacks, and produce a measurable result. This is not a course students can complete simply by knowing the right answers. They will be expected to demonstrate leadership through action, reflection, courage, and influence.
